If you received the notice, records indicate that you are a member of a certified class action relating to your application for employment with People Tech Group Inc (People Tech). Unless you request exclusion, you will remain a member of the class action.
A Washington State Superior Court authorized this website.

Plaintiff John Milito (“Milito”) filed a lawsuit against People Tech Group Inc (“People Tech”) on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment, alleging that People Tech violated the pay transparency provision of the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, RCW 49.58.110. The lawsuit, Milito v. People Tech Group Inc, is currently pending before the Honorable Monica Cary in King County Superior Court as Case Number 24-2-20413-0 SEA (the “Lawsuit”).

Milito is an applicant for employment with People Tech who alleges he was denied access to pay and benefits information during the application process. In particular, he alleges the job posting to which he responded did not include a wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits and other compensation, in violation of RCW 49.58.110. He seeks $5,000 in statutory damages for each Class member. People Tech denies Milito’s claims, denies that it violated RCW 49.58.110, and denies that Milito or any Class member is entitled to damages under RCW 49.58.110. The Court has not made a decision regarding the merits of the Lawsuit.

On July 23, 2026, the Court granted class certification determining the Lawsuit should proceed on a class basis. The Notice is not an expression of any opinion of the Court as to the merits of any claims or defenses asserted by either party. There is no money available at this time and no guarantee that there ever will be.

If you received the Notice it is because you meet the following class definition: “All individuals who applied to the LinkedIn job posting for the Data Engineer position (Requisition ID 3991553150) between August 27, 2024, and the date the posting closed.”

Your options are explained in the Notice. To be excluded, you must act by September 24, 2026.
